2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Product images are for reference only — actual products may vary slightly
• Gold prices may vary based on daily gold rates

3. Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment
• We accept UPI, Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, and COD
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors
• Order confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp/Email

4. Delivery Policy

• Free standard delivery on all orders across India
• Delivery time: 15-20 business days
• We are not responsible for delays due to courier issues or force majeure
• Delivery address cannot be changed after order is shipped

5. Return & Exchange Policy

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Product must be in original condition with all packaging
• Custom/personalized items cannot be returned
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

6. Jewellery Care

To maintain the quality of your jewellery:

• Avoid contact with water, perfume, and chemicals
• Store in a cool, dry place
• Remove jewellery before swimming or bathing
• Clean with a soft, dry cloth only
