3. Orders & Payment
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment
- We accept UPI, Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, and COD
- We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors
- Order confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp/Email
4. Delivery Policy
- Free standard delivery on all orders across India
- Delivery time: 15-20 business days
- We are not responsible for delays due to courier issues or force majeure
- Delivery address cannot be changed after order is shipped
5. Return & Exchange Policy
- Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be in original condition with all packaging
- Custom/personalized items cannot be returned
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
